Terms of Service Overview

1. Introduction

Terms of Service on the Easyship platform are dependent on the country from which shipments are shipped as defined in the Easyship account.

The entity you are contracting with is:

• Envoie Simple Canada Inc., 1777-3500 Boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montreal, Quebec H3Z 3C1, if your account is registered to ship from Canada and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/ca;
• Easyship Fulfillment Services Ltd., 20/F 111 Queens Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR if your account is registered to ship from Hong Kong and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/hk;
• Goeasyship Fulfillment Services B.V., 3 Floor Fairgate House, 78 New Oxfordstreet, London, United Kingdom if your account is registered to ship from the Netherlands and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/nl;
• Easyship Pte. Ltd., 380 Jalan Besar Level 16, 209000, Singapore if your account is registered to ship from Singapore and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/sg;
• Easyship FS UK, 7th Floor, 3 Shortlands, Hammersmith, London W6 8DA, United Kingdom, if your account is registered to ship from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/gb;
• Easyship Inc., 61 Broadway, Suite 1705, Manhattan, New York, New York, 10006, United States of America if your account is registered to ship from the United States of America and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/us;
• Easyship Fulfillment Services Ltd., 20/F 111 Queens Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR if your account is registered to ship from any country not covered above and are bound by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/global;

Users who have not completed the creation of an account on the Easyship platform are contracting with Easyship Fulfillment Services Limited, 20/F 111 Queens Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR and are bound by terms by Terms of Service found at https://www.easyship.com/legal/terms/global. Upon completion of an Easyship account, they will be contracting with the relevant entity that their Easyship account is registered to ship from.

In this User Agreement, these entities are individually and collectively referred to as “Easyship,“ “we,“ or “us.“
